A Japanese radish is grated, red pepper is mixed, and a Welsh onion is chopped finely and soaked in water. The juice and soy sauce of Yuzu are mixed.

常夜鍋 is the one-pot dishes which set pork, a spinach, and Chinese cabbage as the center of the ingredient. Since pork is used, it may be called 豚しゃぶ and pig dust. The name of 常夜鍋 was named from the place it is supposed that is not got bored even if it eats every night.
The pan which filled water is covered with sea tangle, and pork, a spinach, and Chinese cabbage are put in and boiled well to the broth into which sake was put. It is delicious, even if there is no regular recipe and it puts in beef, chicken, shiitake mushroom and tofu, and spring rain. It may boil only by Japanese sake, without using water.
